Who I am:

Mika, a 29 year old Frenchie who looks like she's still too young to go to a bar without ID. Now this is the moment where I stop talking about myself using the third person because it's weird. A few years ago, I decided to leave my native French Riviera to live a bit here and there with one motto in mind: I only have one life and I will make most of it. After spending three years in Essex and one year in Marbella, I have finally decided to make my dream come true and to settle in London.
I graduated in English Language and continued my education with a Masters degree in Movie Translation. When I moved to England, I also had the amazing opportunity to take a second Post Graduate. I could easily spend my life studying but at some stage I guess you have to stop so after spending 7 years of my life on the university benches, I have turned this page (for now). I now juggle between two to three jobs which I truly enjoy. Apart from work, I love travelling as much as I can and spend my time between France, England and Ireland. And if there is one thing that I have always been very passionate about, it's fashion, probably because I'm a walking French cliché, but also because I was raised by an ex-taylor of a granny who is always a part of my shopping sprees and acts like the little devil on my shoulder when I am hesitant to make purchases. So I hope you'll enjoy your visit here and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

What I use for blogging:

Most of my pictures are shot with a Panasonic Lumix G7 and a pancake lens 20mm f/1.7. I also have a 14-42mm lens for portraits. Occasionally, I also use a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (basically any time I realise I could take nice pics and forgot my camera).
I process images on Mac, mainly using Photos and Preview. I don't Photoshop my pictures and only change their colour/exposure and size.
