So I've been back to England for a few days but I utterly refuse to admit that Summer is about to end. My friend Elodie and I spent a whole afternoon in France shooting outfits for the blog as the light was great so fortunately I have a few more Summer outfits for you before we have to definitely stock our Summer clothes under the bed...
I got that dress in Mim, a French shop where I don't go too often (it usually isn't my style) unless they put something extremely appealing in the window, which was the case for that Vichy printed one. When I saw it, I stopped dead and rushed into the shop, leaving the people with me wondering what the hell happened.
The Vichy printed dress was made famous by Brigitte Bardot about half a century ago and I believe it is still a great classic to have. Of course, it's 2016 and if you don't want to look like a WASP housewife coming straight from the 60's, it can be a great idea to match it with funkier accessories.
Hence my red flower headband and leather wedges.
Do you have your own personal touch when wearing classics?
Mika.
Mika.
